STOP USING HTML!!!!!!!!!!!
But that isn't related to the problem...
run rhide from the directory that you want the files to go, and not just
by changing the working directory,
open a dos prompt in windows, with all your enviroment varibles set, go
into the target directory, and run
rhide from there
