Would you believe "MPI Forum" (at mpi-forum.org).  It is intended to be
a common library for Fortran and C++.  The current MPI-2 "standard" is
largely the result of poor design of F77, F90, and C++ bindings in
MPI-1.  This is not a djgpp issue.
