In this day and age of broadband internet and 10GB hard disks, the
really lazy can do the following:
1. Download the entire DJGPP archive.
2. Unzip everything into C:\DJGPP, preserving directories.
3. Set DJGPP environment and PATH.
And they are good to go! No need for an installer.
I think a grocery shopping list genration program is more valuable.
(That's a joke, folks, :)).
