-: I am programming applications for the Internet and
-: I need a Microsoft free OS because the users of my
-: Applications must buy for every Computer a MS-Dos
-: Licence. I was using FreeDos but I have gotten
-: trouble with DJGPP Programs.

FreeDOS is IMHO not mature enough for serious use.

I suggest you try RxDOS. Stale versions are available at

http://www.freedos.org/files/distributions/rxdos/

and there is a mail archive (of sorts) at

http://www.egroups.com/group/rxdos/info.html

Contact Bill Isherwood for the latest sources and/or binaries, because
he has squashed a lot of bugs recently. I attach a recent posting from
Bill to the RxDOS group.

If you do try RxDOS with DJGPP, please share your experiences.
