Thanks for your help.  I do not have djgpp installed in the dev directory.
That just happens to be where my projects are stored.  djgpp in installed in
the djgpp directory.  I've even deleted and reinstalled djgpp and that does
not help.  djgpp worked great for about two weeks and now this.
