Since last week my blit function became very slow. It takes 12 miliseconds
to blit from memory to screen 640x480x15 bitmap!!!! I count with simply
counter which increments variable time_count every milisecond. Here are some
informations about what I use:
- DOS 7.10 (not prompt from Win95 - real DOS) with 4DOS6.01A
- video card ET6000 with 2MB, VESA 2.0 supported
- QEMM v9.0, without Quarterdeck's QDPMI
- UniVBE 6.0, becase my monitor is old (January, 1992) - here I got VESA3.0
and it says VBEAF (this should be software emulation, or what?)
- DJGPP 2.03, Allegro 3.12
Does anybody know what could be problem (maybe someone knows what IS
problem), or this is one of those questions: "My program doesn't work. Guess
what's wrong!"
