I hope this isn't too obvious a question to post, but how do I get
djgpp (programs) to generate (load) dlls. The equivalent in *n*x would
be the -shared flag and the functions in dlfcn.h, dlopen() etc. But
none of these of these seem to exist in DJGPP.
