Any server that does that should also insert the proper Context-Type 
header with the "charset=" subheader telling what encoding was used for 
the non-ASCII characters.  *Then* any reasonable mailer will display all 
those characters in all their Chinese glory.

However, in this particular case, all we have in the message headers is 
this:

	Content-Type: text

Which means ASCII text.  *This* is what's wrong with the message.
