I am getting an error when compiling c++ files:

\djgpp\ld.exe: cannot find lstdcxx (or something)

I can't find the file on my computer - I would have thought I would be 
on the CD I got djgpp from - free with a book. Can you tell me what the 
problem is or where I can get the file?
