I don't know where it went.  The URL listed in the FAQ 10.2

   ftp//:ftp.neosoft.com/pub/users/s/sandmann/vbe.zip

doesn't seem to exist anymore.  I'm cross-posting this to c.o.m.d.,
since someone there may know where it moved.  In the meantime, I will
send you the copy I downloaded years ago.
