Hi Alessandro,
The newest version is V2.02 and you can get it by visiting 
<www.delorie.com> and selecting the files you need from the zip-
picker.

Yes the cout function(and also all the iostream and Standard c++ 
headers) are fully supported and supplied with DJGPP. Please note 
that you have to get the c++ compiler (gpp2951b.zip) as the 
headers are part of it's distribution. 

Also you will get STL headers for array,vector classes etc...
