Yea sure, you just have to run SmartDrv .... windows runs it automaticaly, so
you don't have to do it within windows, but this way, you need to run it:

SmartDrv /x c+

c - your hard-drive....
for example: i have c:, d:, e: as HDs, so i do:
SmartDrv /x c+ d+ e+
