Since RSXNTDJ, I think that's simple: that's gccw32's job. Set up
environment avariables PATH and DJGPP so you can work with DJGPP
proper, and set up RSXNTDJ (or whatever it's called --> see docs) so
gccw32 finds its files. There shouldn't be more to it than that. Do
*not* set environment variables like 'C_INCLUDE_PATH' directly, or
you'll be in trouble.
