I still have some reservations about this, since I'm convinced the right
thing to do is to test the functionality instead of the provider - but I
did code it up in my WIP and it currently shows "5.0" "CWSDPMI". Beware,
however, you will probably all have to buy bigger disks since it added
an extra 42 bytes to the size of the image :-)

This is fascinating. Microsoft enhancing DPMI support? I am amazed.
I suspect the control characters are some special entry point or something
really special...
