It's true that there was this problem with some commercial software 10
years ago.

Please be more specific. Which RM interrupt handler will actually
clobber the high words of the E-registers ? It's important for
everybody to know this in order to avoid this product.

built-in BIOS handler (which BIOS ? )
bilt-in DOS handler   (which version ? )
handler provided by commercial software (which software ?)
handler provided by freeware/shareware or yourself (then throw them
and get bugfree products ;-)
