No, he means exactly what he said. The name of the library file is libstdcxx.a.
When adding -lstdcxx to the gcc command line, the "lib" prefix and .a extension
are automatically added.

It should be in your DJGPP/share/rhide directory. In any case, read the DJGPP
FAQ Section 8.7 for a different solution to the problem that includes adding a
couple lines to your DJGPP.ENV file.
