Yes. 

I recommend beta 1.4.7. You can download original version
from http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~sho/rho/rhide-beta.html

Patched 1.4.7 version with some problems fixed are available from 
http://www.lanet.lv/~pavenis/rhide.html
