Why is this significantly better than the section number?
A section number has an advantage of being applicable to any FAQ
format: HTML, Info, plain text, even the printed version.
In particular, with HTML, a user should be able to locate any X.Y
section in two click: click on the Chapter X link from the main menu,
then click on the Section X.Y link from Chapter X's menu. This is one
click more than with an exact URL of the section, but what's one click
between friends?..
In addition, for me personally, it is harder to post a URL, because
I'd need to verify it by actually going to DJ's server, or generate on
my machine the FAQ in the format it is kept on DJ's server. For
various reasons, this gets in the way of how my machines are
configured and maintained.

This seems to suggest that a Portuguese translation of the FAQ is a
good idea. Volunteers are welcome to contact me ;-)

I'm always open to discussions about how to make user support better.
