I've uploaded the latest revision of my RSXNTDJ HOWTO.

What's new in version 1.3:
    *info on how to use the MSSDK headers

The above brought about a lot of other changes:
    *a new step has been added - "Patching gccw32 to work with the MSSDK
headers"
    *info on various examples has changed

Still to be done:

I need to download the latest MSSDK (July 99). It's the first release since
September 98. I'll download it and test it to see if it works just as well
as the last one and upload the info to the page.
