I don't know whether RH 6.0 uses it. If so old rhide binaries built on systems that didn't support them (eg. kernel 2.0.X) will not work on pseudoterminals (for example under Midnight Commander with subshell support or from xterm) You can try downloading binaries I have built rather long time ago: http://www.lanet.lv/~pavenis/rhide.html Of course there maybe other problems but anyway You can try my binary.
