RxDOS by Mike Podanoffsky has just recently been released 
under GPL -- source is available for download from the FreeDOS
site along with the FreeDOS kernel and utilities.  RxDOS is 
stable, although many of the FreeDOS utils are in beta.  

Who needs Billg for DOS?
