I don't know if anyone else noticed this...  Maybe it's not really a
bug, but just an annoying feature.  When you scroll through files in
RHIDE by clicking on the bar, not the arrows, it scrolls more than a
page at a time, skipping over either one or two files.  Clicking on
the arrows does almost the same thing except it doesn't skip any
files.  I guess I'm just too used to clicking on the bar to stop doing
it now.
