The zip-picker is for DJGPP and associated software.  Thus it doesn't
point to other compilers out there, because those are not connected to
DJGPP in any way.

The alternatives for native Win32 programming with free tools
(including, but not limited to RSXNTDJ) are listed in section 3.6 of
the DJGPP FAQ list.
