I know that TurboDebug that came with BC3.1 cannot run DJGPP programs correctly. I
tried it once and got a message like "no DPMI". And it mentioned getting the zip file for
the DOS dpmi server, but I was running under Win95, so it may somehow confuse or block the
dpmi calls.
