What you need to do is go into the Mesa-3.0/src/DOS/ directory and copy
the two files from there into Mesa-3.0/src . This lets the library
build; however, the DOS support seems to be for Mesa-2.1 and so is
broken with Mesa-3.0. Anyway, it's beyond my simple skills to solve.
