Hello, World!

OK I downloaded and built Device_SerialPort-0_06 using DJGPP.  I
hacked my way up to 'make test', and watched it fail miserably!
Not much of a surprise, since the guy who wrote the readme (Bill
Birthisel) said five days ago "Since someone asked, there is not
currently an equivalent for MS-DOS (and none is anticipated)."


Stop laughing Bill!  ;-)


So, it looks like BCSerio/ XS or ActiveState/ Win32::SerialPort...
