Why don't you indent your code? That way you can see where the logic flow is
and easily find your errors.

For example:

int main(void)
{
    int x, y;

    for (x = 0; x < 10; x++) {
        /*do stuff*/
        for (y = 0; y < 10; y++) {
            /*do stuff*/
        }
    }

    return 0;
}
