I don't think there are such an option. Try "find /some/dir -iname
'*.o' -exec rm {} \;" instead, but be careful.

Substitute "'*.o'" for other patterns you want removed.

If you just want to check what you're about to remove do "find
/some/dir -iname '*.o' -print".
