I bought the Sam's Teach yourself C++ in 21 days using your software, in 
the hope that I could get started in writing to programmes in Visual C++6.0 
which I have already got,
BUT I don't know how to enter your program to get started to even write the 
source code let alone how to compile etc!!

Would it be too cheeky to expect a quick response?
