I get this problem too. It appears whenever I try to run a source file
from a different directory (e.g. ex3.c is in C:\ and I'm running RHIDE
from C:\WINDOWS\) Switching to the source directory solves the problem
for me, but it may be a different problem you are having as my solution
is very simple.
