I noticed that all the C++ headers are in the lang/cxx directory,
instead of the normal include directory, what is the correct way to set
up DJGPP so i can use the ANSI (or is it ASCII?) C++ functions like
ostream, string, etc, etc. Thanx in advance for any help.
