In egcs binaries for DJGPP the corresponding name is gpp.exe
not gxx.exe as in earlier releases of gcc-2.8.1 binaries
(name was changed to avoid conflict with executable from
djdev20X.zip, however I think that there is no place for gxx.exe
in djdev). So I suggest simply removing gxx.exe and using gpp.exe
instead.

PS. It's recommended to remove previous compiler when upgrading.
Seems that this is not done in this case
