Well, how about writing a free xterm clone for Windows? It shouldn't
be too hard to do, if all you want is the basic functionality like
history, colors and clipboard support. Heck, it could be even written
in DJGPP, except that then you will be unable to run 16-bit DPMI
programs from it.
Let's *do* something about the deficiencies instead of just telling
about them ;-).
