Try Cygnus--it's a "real" Win32 port of the GNU utilities.

The others you mentioned (I think) are all DOS-based utilities, which
means that to do long filenames they must rely on the Win9x-vintage
API for LFNs, which MS has not implemented under NT (thus the need for
lfn0106).
