Hello,
I successfully built egcs 1.1.2 from sources,
(using all latest versions - gcc 2.8.1, djdev 2.02 etc)
but when I try to install it to temporary directory,
it does something for a while then I get error:
c:/progra~2/djgpp/tmp/dj920000: tar: command not found
make.exe: *** [install-headers-tar] Error 127
Then I find some files in that directory, but not all
(I suspect in /lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/egcs-291.66/include
must be something, or am I wrong? )
Other question - build creates files such as g++.exe,
c++filt.exe and others. Do I have to rename them
to gxx.exe, cxxfilt.exe and so on and replace old binaries
or leave them with '+'?
And final question - about what manual changes after
installation is talking readme.DJGPP ?
