> DJGPP=3DC:\Djgpp\djdev202\djgpp.env If you installed djgpp correctly, this would be c:\djgpp\djgpp.env and you'd have a directory c:\djgpp\bin that contained (among other things) gcc.exe, as.exe, stubify.exe, and ld.exe. Don't use a separate subdirectory for each zip file. Unzip them all into the same place.
