First, see FAQ section 8.2.
For Win98, you need to unzip with Winzip or other LFN-ized extractor,
and be sure LFN=y if you use DJGPP v2.01.
For NT, *do not* unzip with Winzip; use a non-LFN extractor like
PKUNZIP. LFNs don't work under NT.
