I need for a project I trie 16-Bit C-Compiler for Dos6x and Win3x.

Can anyone help me ???

P.S.:   Curently I learn to program in C.
        I had programmed in VB3 and VB4 but I like to programm Internet 
        Servers for DOS (if possibel without Dos for a Dosless system)
