Are you executing rhide from a Dos box or from windows?  If you are
double-clicking on rhide.exe, then stop doing that and call it from a
dos box that is in the directory your sources are.  You get a dos box by
clicking the start button>Programs>MS-DOS Prompt.

That should solve both problems ^_^
