A correct installation would give you the following files: c:\ruben\djgpp\djgpp.env c:\ruben\djgpp\bin\gcc.exe c:\ruben\djgpp\bin\as.exe And when you type "set" in your DOS window, you'd see: PATH=C:\RUBEN\DJGPP\BIN;... DJGPP=C:\RUBEN\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV (or equivalent) > installation problem, cannot exec 'as': No such file or directory This means that either you didn't install bnu*b.zip, or the directory tree is confused.
