Ok after a lot of fiddling around and my fourth clean install I have got
rsxntdj working with everything but c++ programs. When I try to compile
the Whello.cpp program in the rsxntdj\sample\gui\cplus directory using
the makefile I get:

Error: missing stab strings - not linked with rsxnt

also if I try to use gxx instead of gcc I get

gxx.exe: unrecognized option '-Zwin32'

I get the same thing with other .cpp programs that are supposed to work.
