This may not be the best way to do it, but it's the easiest ;);
try puting a rest before the key input:
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
main()
{
printf("HELLO WORLD. PRESS KEY");
rest(1250);
while(!bioskey(1));
exit(0);
}
