LD does exist, but it can't find a file it needs called djgpp\lib\libstdcx.a This is a known problem when mixing an LFN unzipped with a non-LFN environment or vise versa. The simplest solution is to rename djgpp\lib\stdcxx.a to have one less x, or to copy it so both names are valid. Another point is you may not have downloaded it.
