binutils-2.9.1 for DJGPP are available for poeple who has done one of the 
following things:
	-  downloaded (WARNING: TEST VERSION!!) binaries from
           ftp://ftp.goof.com/pub/pcg/djgpp  built by Andrew Crabtree;
	-  built binutils 2.9.1 themselves from sources;

When it will be released officially:
	I don't know. I myself am using some executables for even later development
	snapshot of binutils.
