I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. I guess somehow I thought even
Microsoft would have done better than that.
Say, I wonder how much money you'd need to convince Bill Gates to tell the
world all the details of the Microsoft Proprietary Coff Extension That
Allows Reasonable Debug Info And Non Buggy Template Instantiation (TM) and
(C) Microsoft Inc. that presumably exists, and make it free for everyone? ;-)
