i downloaded bash and gcc from the DJGPP delorie sites. but i cannot run
gcc from bash. the error message is

Fatal: Error in DJGPP installation
       Environment variable DJGPP not defined

i also set DJGPP to c:/djgpp/djgpp.env (that is where the file is stored)

BTW i have gcc version 2.8.1 and bash version 1.14.7

please help
