Yes.  FORTRAN is part of the DJGPP distribution, AFAIK.
For Pascal, fetch the DJGPP distribution archive from
ftp://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/gnu-pascal/beta/ .

(There are some `gpc*.zip' and `gpt*.zip' archives in the
DJGPP main distribution but they are hopelessly outdated
versions of the same compiler and should not be used any
more except by masoschists and/or archaeologists.)
