in AUTOEXEC.BAT type these lines

set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
set PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%

then to test I think you type go32-v2 in any directory.
(this is assuming your BIN directory for DJGPP is under C:\DJGPP\
