Hello, World!

Is anybody else out there running this package?

I have been experiencing various weirdness both Win98 and NT boxes.
For example: man doesn't seem to be able to find the man pages; I
can't figure out how to execute a .bashrc script under NT; and Perl
works only once for specific scripts (see my posting of 12/14
titled "Perl and/or Bash, GNU Software for MS-Windows and MS-DOS").
