Sorry, I'm not sure what does this mean. If Emacs is installed, how come
you cannot access it?

Not on DOS. DOS doesn't allow a `+' character in file names, so g++.exe
is an invalid name on plain DOS systems. Use gxx.exe or gpp.exe
instead. (This question is in the FAQ, btw: section 22.1.)

Right, due to many complains, g++.exe was removed from latest uploads of
GCC distribution.

Care to explain why? The installation should really be easy: just unzip
the files, set a couple of environment variables, reboot, and there you
